First time customer. I knew I had a bad control board on newer heat pump that was installed by different company. Talked to the owner about my situation. He told me what he could for me and what it would cost. When part came in they called and scheduled a time that fit MY needs. Service tech came and installed warranty control board in very short time. Service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Checked overall operation of my system and charged me exactly what I was told it would cost. They seem like a straight forward company. Nobody tried to upsell me or push any services at me. I will most definitely call them again and recommend them to friends
