We knew we wanted to hire them when a friendly voice actually answered the phone on the second ring.
This was a very complicated plumbing job involving pulling a very large section of leaking copper pipe from under our neighbor's patio home. Other plumbing companies contacted either did not return calls, or when they found out what was involved either stated that the job was beyond their scope, or, tried to tell us that it probably couldn't be done and the water line would have to be rerouted. Kennihan accepted the job, arrived on time, replaced the line, cleaned everything up and were gone in less than 6 hours. They were totally professional, polite and friendly, like dealing with family or people we had known all our lives. We will be contacting them soon to have them do system maintenance on our HVAC system.

We called Kennihan on a recommendation from a friend to replace a utility sink that was leaking. They were fast, professional, and thorough. The staff at their headquarters was more than pleasant, and the technicians they sent to estimate and then perform the job were communicative and efficient. We will definitely be calling them again when we need something else.

Kennihan's staff were all extremely responsive, respectful, helpful and professional! I HIGHLY recommend this company for any home heating and/or air conditioning needs! I can't say enough good things about the staff that installed our new furnace! Their service call was timely and when it was determined we would need to install a new furnace, they were sure to get it done within a couple days!!! There was a very minor issue after installation, bad new thermostat, I was able to reach someone in the middle of the night to troubleshoot it over the phone and they sent a technician first thing in the morning! NO WAITING for service! Staff was kind, professional, neat, they listened to any of our concerns and addressed them! Great company with great customer service and employees!!! A++++
